EVERYWHERE in Holland, there are moms and grandmothers riding their bikes in business clothes, and many have at least one, or in this case, TWO kids perched on their bikes. No helmets for any, often in the midst of crazy traffic. Somehow, they survive. Makes you wonder about our societal biking behaviors.
