The first Nordic race of the 2011-2012 Season at Auburn Ski Club, Donner Summit California, July 3, 2011. A Team Sprint Competition, with handicapped teams of 3 racing head-to-head after a Preliminary Time Trial Round, with Far West Junior racers combined with visiting College-age skiers. Congratulations to Phil Tosteson (Williams College) and Annika Taylor (Truckee High/University of New Hampshire) winning the prelim round. The team of Casey Jones (Williams), Sam Zabell (Sugar Bowl Academy) and Dylan Syben (North Tahoe Middle) winning the Team Competition.
